Local kids and parents are invited to put on their costumes and enjoy a night of pumpkin painting, snacks and contests at Chick-Fil-A located at 2106 Highway K in O'Fallon on Tuesday, Oct. 23. 

The Halloween Bash runs from 5-7:30 p.m. The event includes 50 mini-pumpkins for kids to paint, along with free Halloween cookies and shake samples.

A parade and costume contest begins at 6:30 p.m. and kids have the chance to win prizes. 

Chick-Fil-A Marketing Director Dawn Clark said there will also be free balloons and a sundae bar where kids can choose their own toppings.
