Don't worry, Tiffany, she may have set a bear trap for herself. Donna was the legal guardian and if she was fleeing the law, why wasn't she out of the county? I think this is going to be not exactly what "Jess" thought it would be. There are so many crazy women out there.

Thanks Mary, I know I have seen the real Jessica and I do beleive and hope that DFS is all over this case continually for sams sake. He has a voice to and deserves to be heard. Surely they realize how severe the situation is for Donna to go to such an extreme to protect him from his own mother.

If the grandmother did not have custody, she goes to jail for kidnapping. If the child was being mistreated, that's what DFS is for.
