City of O'Fallon to Install New Phone System
The shutdown begins at 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17 and the new system should be in place by 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21.
The City of O'Fallon's phone system will shut down next weekend during the installation of a new system.
The shutdown begins at 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17 and the new system should be in place by 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21. City Hall is closed on Monday, Feb. 20 for Presidents' Day.
During the shutdown, these phone lines will remain in operation:
- 9-1-1
- O’Fallon Police Dispatch at 636-240-3200
- The Renaud Spirit Center (RSC) front desk at 636-474-2732
The City’s email system and website will not be affected by the phone system upgrade, and residents and businesses will be able to post email messages to staff throughout the installation process.
