Our feature "Visions for Vacancies" aims to help residents take an active role in planning and building their community. So each week, we'll highlight a vacant commercial area and ask: what would you like to see move into this area? If you know of an area you'd like to see highlighted, tell us in the comments.

Last week, we asked what you'd like to see in the 2993 Highway K, formerly Blockbuster. Readers suggested a Noodles and Company, Sweet Tomatoes and a Jack in the Box.

This week, we are taking a look at 3449 Pheasant Meadows, formerly K Pub and Grill.

The small family-owned restaurant, opened in early 2011 and closed in the spring of 2012.
