The atmosphere was light and fun, even though there were some nervous jitters for the open audition at Civic Park on Sunday, Jan. 9.  The spring musical, "The Amazing Adventures of Dan Daredevil," is a spoof of radio’s “golden age” and calls for a cast of six men and nine women who can sing. Some were prepared with monologues and sheet music, while others came ready to read whatever lines they were given.

O’FallonTheatreWorks has been active in the community since 2001, producing a spring musical and fall drama each year. The group changes with each performance, as some veterans return along with the newbies popping in at each audition. It is quite a diverse and fun group of talent, some who have performed for years, others who have not performed since high school and a few who will be performing for the first time ever.
