Man, 18, Gets Prison Time for Sexual Contact With 10-Year-Old Girl
Cody Bonecutter, who was charged with statutory sodomy in August after police said he engaged in "deviant sexual intercourse" with a 10-year-old victim, received five years in prison Thursday.
An 18-year-old O'Fallon man was sentenced Thursday to five years in prison for engaging in sexual contact with a young girl in his O'Fallon home on several occassions.
That's according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, which reported the sentencing Thursday afternoon.
In August, O'Fallon Patch reported on Cody Bonecutter, who was accused by police of having deviant sexual intercourse with a 10-year-old girl after O'Fallon Police responded to a call of child molestation on at 10:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012.
The incidents occurred between July 13, 2012 and Aug. 3, 2012. At the time, police were looking for other victims, as well.
