An O’Fallon man was charged Tuesday with grabbing and spraining his 77-year-old grandmother's wrist.

Brian J. Fehr, 34, of the 700 block of Woodlawn Avenue in O’Fallon, was charged in St. Charles County Circuit Court with third-degree domestic assault.

O’Fallon Police reported that the woman told police that Fehr grabbed her hand during a physical domestic dispute on Monday. She later was diagnosed with a sprained wrist.

The woman told police it wasn’t the first time Fehr assaulted her. She told police she is fearful that he would retaliate. Fehr lives with his grandmother.
