O’Fallon brewmaster, Brian Owens, started with two-row barley and a blend of munich and caramel malts, then added peated malt which is smoked over a fire made of peat moss and is traditionally used to make Irish whiskeys.  Owens added magnum and tradition hops to impart some bitterness resulting in a smooth and balanced red ale.

O'Fallon Brewery is located at 26 W Industrial Dr., O Fallon. For more than a decade, the brewery has created and distributed to 10 states including Missouri.

They feature five everyday beers including O'Fallon Hemp Hop Rye, O'Fallon 5-Day IPA, O'Fallon Gold, O'Fallon Wheat and O'Fallon Smoked Porter. The company also brews four seasonal beers specific to the season. Rager Red joins the summer Kite Tail and fall O’Fallon Pumpkin Beer in the seasonal lineup.  The company plans to introduce a new winter seasonal in December 2013
