An O'Fallon man suffered injuries in a car accident on westbound I-70 on Saturday, Aug. 25.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Jeremy Witt, 19, O'Fallon, traveled westbound in a 1984 Ford Escort when he traveled off the roadway at 5:13 a.m.
The report states that Witt's car struck the median several times. The car was totaled and St. Charles County Ambulance transported Witt to St. Joseph's Hospital West with moderate injuries.
