An O'Fallon man is charged with first degree murder after his wife was found strangled to death.
Relatives found Stacey Rone, 38, dead inside her house on the 1100 block of St. Matthew Ave on Thursday.
According to O'Fallon Police, Michael L. Rone, 42, admitted to strangling Stacey during an argument.
Rone was arrested on Saturday afternoon. His bond is set at $250,000.
