O'Fallon Man Charged With Stealing Wallet, Credit Cards From Car
O'Fallon Police said the man was videotaped making purchases with the credit cards.
An O’Fallon man was charged Wednesday with stealing two credit cards and a wallet from an unlocked car in the first block of St. Dominic Drive at St. Dominic High School.
Zachary Filanda, 23, of the first block of Mark Twain Court, was videotaped using the credit cards to buy food and gas for himself and his friends, O’Fallon Police said in a report. He used the cards to make purchases totaling $52. The wallet also contained $30.
Bond for Filanda was set at $10,000.
