Here are some of the recent reports from the O'Fallon Police Department.

Jan. 1 

• Police responded to an assault in the 800 block of Sherwood Forest Court. According to police, the assault involved acquaintances with a knife. Two subjects were injured and one was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. An arrest was made but no prosecution was desired. 

Jan. 2

• A license plate tab was reported stolen in the 1200 block of Little Big Horn Drive. 
• A refrigerator was reported stolen in the 3700 block of Monticello Plaza. 
• A burglary was reported on Plackemeier. According to police, a TV was stolen and there was no damage to gain entry. 
• A 22-year-old O'Fallon man was issued a summons for allegedly stealing a football mouth-guard in the 1300 block of Highway K. 
• A cellphone was reported stolen in Twinleaf Court.
