the words here or not found quilty yet.
SO
why dont you change the list to the ones who have been found quitly,charged put on probation or out on parole and wanted for probation,parole violations.
they have been charged found quilty.
the stealing list,
half the stores dont press charges <again not found quilty yet>
since we pay city hall for water,sewer,trash
should we look to see our pics or names for not being current with bill?
