O'Fallon Man, 45, Has Harassed Teen Girl For Nearly a Month, Police Say
A St. Charles County Sheriff's deputy said Edward Tessmer, of O’Fallon, has been calling the teen girl repeatedly, cursing and threatening her over a civil dispute.
A man faces criminal charges after police said he’s harassed a St. Peters teen since Aug. 5.
A St. Charles County Sheriff's deputy said in a report that Edward Tessmer, 45, of the 400 block of Mar-Ton Estates Drive in O’Fallon has been calling the girl repeatedly, cursing and threatening her over a civil dispute.
Tessmer also went to the woman’s home on Harvest Meadow Court in St. Peters Monday and tried to take property that belongs to the teen, an officer said. He falsely stating he had a mechanic’s lien on the property and had a police officer with him, according to court documents.
Tessmer was charged Wednesday with harassing a person age 17 or under.
The girl recorded several verbally abusive phone messages from Tessmer, police said.
Police said Tessmer had been warned not to contact the teenager before his visit. The deputy said in the report his actions have become increasingly aggressive.
Three ex parte orders of protection have been served against Tessmer, the most recent order being handed down Aug. 12.
According to the deputy’s report, Tessmer also was arrested Aug. 22 for violating an order of protection, trespassing and assaulting his ex-wife.
Bond was set at $2,000 on the harassment charge.

Something is missing from this story...the WHY. I get that he is wrong in how he handling himself, but what started the problem? It sounds as if maybe she owes him money. I think before this guys picture is out there for the world to see and pass judgement on maybe the whole story should be there with it.

THREE orders of protection. Three. One, two, three. The last one less than three weeks ago.
Ed tried picking a fight with an entire concrete street slab replacement crew -- twice. Six guys with magnesium tools against Ed and his Hawai'ian board shorts. Police were called. Five cars, six officers.
You want a WHY? Okay. He's nuts. He needs to be checked by professionals.
Seriously.

We're talking a minor here. And it doesn't matter what he's looking for, you don't go after a minor (or anyone else for that manor)in tat way.

Yep. This man is crazy!!! I sure hope he's locked up. Just hearing about him is scary, I'd be petrified if I saw him for real. He's probably the type to whip out a gun and start shooting whoever is passing by.
