Police: O'Fallon Man Pushed, Hit, Threw Items at His Girlfriend
The man denied hitting his girlfriend, but said he pushed her while trying to leave their home.
An O’Fallon man faces a criminal charge after police said he struck, pushed and threw things at his girlfriend during an argument Dec. 21.
Jeremy L. Mannahan, 30, of thee 400 block of Feise Road in O’Fallon, was charged Tuesday with third-degree domestic assault.
Mannahan told police he did not hit his girlfriend, but did push her in attempt to leave their house.
Mannahan also was charged with third-degree domestic assault and property damage relating to an incident on Oct. 19.
Bail was set at $15,000 for the Dec. 21 domestic assault charge.

oct 19th charged,dec 21 charged seems to me he dont have the problem
she does.this goes on and on and on and they expect the police to do something.maybe its time she did something.we all see what he does best.

To say that the victim is the problem show's your blissful ignorance. Sounds to me that she did take action by picking up the phone & calling the police, who's job it is to SERVE & PROTECT those who can not defend themselves!
