Two Fort Zumwalt Elementary Schools On Lockdown Early Thursday As Police Searched For Men

According to KMOV, Dardenne Elementary and Rock Creek Elementary were locked down while police searched for two suspects in the area.

 

As police searched for two suspects on Thursday, two Fort Zumwalt elementary schools were placed on lockdown, according to KMOV.

The station reports, Dardenne Elementary and Rock Creek Elementary were locked down while police searched for a man officers saw looking into an abandoned trailer in the area.

According to KMOV, the schools resumed classes for the day and police have one of the suspects in custody.

Twin Chimneys was on lockdown too. I'm not sure if it was for the same reason though.

Not sure helicopters were needed for this. Happy to hear there was a lockdown.
