Two Shamrocks Public House to Open in O'Fallon

The restaurant is located off of Highway K at 3449 Pheasant Meadows, former home of K Pub and Grill.

A new pub will soon open on the south side of O'Fallon.

Two Shamrocks Public House will be located off Highway K at 3449 Pheasant Meadows, the former location of K Pub and Grill.

K Pub and Grill, a small family-owned restaurant located near the YMCA of O'Fallon, opened in early 2011 but closed in the spring of 2012.

Shamrocks will replace the "K" on the restaurant's pub and grill sign and replace it with a logo of two shamrocks. On Monday, a banner outside read: Opening Soon.

O'Fallon Patch will update with more information as it becomes available.

Agree with you Jim! Although I'd also like to see a Smithwick's tap -- maybe even mor eso that Guiness.

Sounds good Bonnie...A true Irish Pub is what many of us are looking for...Some American "Irish Pubs" are not Irish in any way, shape or form....An Irish Pub is much more than a few shamrocks posted on the wall, an Irish name that sounds cool, green napkins and the big beer seller being Bud Light!...Erin Go Bragh!

I took a quick look inside Two Shamrocks...They are still working on the interior...I saw Budweiser signs...nothing else. Fingers crossed that they will live up to the name of Two Shamrocks.
