Great Job O'Fallon Division of Criminal Investigation of the O'Fallon Department of Police and Public Safety. Running for the City Council I want to improve our response time and swift actions by hiring much needed additional police officers and communication dispatchers as requests by Chief Roy Joachimstaler. This is my top priority!

How did you even catch this guy?! I can't recognize any features he's so covered-up.

Rich, We have a strong, well run police department and obviously they worked hard to apprehend this guy....And yes, trying to find him based upon his covered-up features would be tough.
