The Arnold Com mission on Aging and Disabilities along with Fox C-6 Schools and the Jef ferson County Developmental Disabilities Resource Board will be sponsori ng this event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 2 at the Fox C-6 School Distr ict Service Center\; 849 Jeffco Blvd. The event is free and open to anyo ne.\n \;Features include:\n\nInformation booths from more than 20 ag encies providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities or are aging.\nDemonstrations / acts by individuals and gr oups with varying abilities\nVisit from 11:00 &ndash\; 1:00 by the St. L ouis Rams Cheerleaders\nAwards / Recognition: \n\n2013 Service Awards for individuals who have given back to their community.\nFox C-6 School Excel Scholarship presentation.\nHulane &ldquo\;Huey&rdquo\; Strong awa rd (initial presentation in honor of Huey Strong the last original membe r of the Arnold Commission on Aging and Disabilities who passed away las t summer).\n\n\n\n \;Demonstrations this year will be:\n\nState Awar d Winning: Adrenaline Explosion &ldquo\;Bomb Squad&rdquo\; cheerleading from O&rsquo\;Fallon\, MO. This is an integrated cheer squad made up of young people with developmental disabilities and their coaches / buddies .\nMovement in Motion Dance Troupe includes our county&rsquo\;s own Grac ie Gibson. This dance troupe demonstrates the abilities of those with ce rebral palsy and other developmental disabilities.\nTurner Center for th e Arts.
