  Woods Drive and  turn into the parking lot for Mercy Winding Woods buil

 lding.   Take elevator to the 2nd floor.  Turn right off the elevators a

 time parents will gain knowledge and confidence about the  labor and bir
 th experience and care of their baby.  This course will  cover how to kn
 ow if you are in labor\, natural comfort measures  including massage\, r
 elaxation\, breathing awareness and labor positions.   Learn about epidu
 ral anesthesia\, medical interventions\, labor  induction\, cesarean bir
 th\, and postpartum recovery.  A tour of the  Childbirth Center and anes
 thesia information is included. Newborn care  topics include practice ti
 me diapering\, bathing and swaddling a  life-size baby doll\, circumcisi
 on\, sleep patterns and baby safety tips.  Breastfeeding successfully\, 
 infant formula preparation and introducing  solids will be presented.   
 We recommend completing this class 6-8 weeks  before your due date. Plea
 se wear comfortable clothing and bring two  pillows and a blanket to cla
 ss with you.
