Community Update

Well my first (and last) experience with Aaron's has been very disappointing! My wife and I decided to give them a try in 2012. Initially they were doing okay but then in April our refrigerator began having issues so we called and requested service on it considering we were still paying them monthly payments. They picked the refrigerator up on March 1st 2014 and left us a dented and dirty loaner. Now it's May 16th and I've been told they do not believe our refrigerator is repairable and we can either take a different used model to replace it or begin payments on a new model... What ever happened to customer service?
