2.  Bill No. 6329, Sponsored by Mayor Hennessy, an Ordinance repealing Ordinance 5806 and re-enacting a procedure to disclose potential conflicts of interest and substantial interests for certain municipal officials.

3.  Bill No. 6330, Sponsored by Mayor Hennessy, an Ordinance repealing Ordinance 5815 and re-enacting the levying of an annual fee to fund the O'Fallon Sewer Lateral Repair Program and authorizing collection of such fee with the City's property taxes.
