2. Bill No. 6335, Sponsored by Council members Howell and Schwentker, an Ordinance approving annexation agreement relative to property located at 2125 Highway K and annexing that certain property pursuant to Section 71.015 R.S.MO. and the annexation agreement.

Bill No. 6337, Sponsored by Council members Gardner and Lucas, an Ordinance providing for the approval and acceptance of the dedication of streets, storm sewers (Excluding Detention), sanitary sewers and water for maintenance for Villas at Crystal Ridge, Plat One and Storm Sewers (Excluding Detention) for maintenance for Villas at Crystal Ridge, Plat Two, by the City of O'Fallon, Missouri; authorizing the release of remaining escrow funds for such improvements; and matters relating thereto.
