Adopt a Pet: Meet Amber the Pointer Mix

Pets are available for adoption through , an O'Fallon based volunteer group working to save homeless dogs and cats.  All pets are kept in foster homes, where they receive the care they need to help prepare them for a permanent home. 

All Paws is supported solely by private donations and fundraisers.  If you're interested in adopting an animal, you can browse their website or attend one of their weekend adoption events at area  stores. Last year they adopted out close to 300 pets. 

This week's featured pet:

Amber is a one-and-a-half-year-old Pointer mix. She is house and crate trained. All Paws volunteers say Amber is great with other dogs, and children and does okay with cats.
