Young children in St. Charles County prepare to be amazed! One of the funniest children's performers around is bringing his sensational Glow in the Dark show to the St. Charles City-County Library District for six performances in June.
Troy Roark, named Entertainer of the Year by the International Brotherhood of Magicians, will use black light and ultraviolet technology to create a truly unique program filled with juggling, music, magic and comedy for families of children age 4 and up.
