Get Out: Oktoberfest, Taste of St. Louis and Celebrating the Creative

  • Why Go? No worries if you’ve never really explored St. Louis restaurants. Taste of St. Louis features some of St. Louis’ best cuisine.

  • Where/When? , 500 S Riverside Dr., St. Charles Friday through Sunday.
  • Why Go? Fun for the whole family. This German tradition will feature fall and German themed food, drink and fun.

  • Where/When? , 8070 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, St. Peters 2 p.m.Friday.
  • Why Go? Grab your bowling shoes and start the weekend right.
  • Pricing: Free admission
  • Where/When? , 1 Saint Peters Centre Blvd., St. Peters at 11 a.m.Saturday
  • Why Go? Have you ever wanted to write? This is your chance to meet two local authors and discuss what it takes to get published.

  • Where/ When? , 500 S Riverside Dr., St. Charles 10 p.m. Saturday
  • Why Go? Children will learn about Princess Flora and the flowers that she wore.
  • Pricing: FREE. Children will also receive flowers to take home.
  • Where/ When? , 3051 Industrial Park Place W, St. Peters, all day Saturday
  • Why Go? Come watch the Ellen Page movie Whip It come to life as the St. Chux Derby Chix as they battle the River Valley Roller Girls from Arkansas.
