  • When/Where? Friday, Sept. 14 from 5-8 p.m. at the 106 N. Main St., O'Fallon.
  • What? Enjoy a spaghetti and meatball dinner complete with Italian tossed salad, garlic bread and dessert at 5 p.m. After dinner, guests are invited to play games an participate in a silent auction. Cost is $10 per person. All proceeds benefit the O'Fallon Senior Center Meals on Wheels program for local seniors.

  • When/Where? Friday, Sept. 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the , 3900 Shady Springs Ln., in St. Peters.  
  • What? Parents get a night off while children ages 5-12 enjoy time with friends. Kids participate in swimming, playing games and making arts and crafts. Cost is $15 for Members $20 for non-member.

Morning Star Starts Group for Moms of School Aged Kids

  • When/Where? Friday, Sept. 14 at 7 p.m. at , 1600 Feise Rd., Dardenne Prairie.
  • What? MOMSNext is an open, accepting place for all moms of school-age kids (grades K-12) for community, personal growth, practical help and spiritual hope. The group will focus on topics relevant to mothering a child entering elementary school all the way through high school, as well connecting women in our community who are in the same season of life. 7th Annual Harvest Festival in Augusta

Faith Chapel Church Wide Yard Sale

  • When/Where? Saturday, Sept. 15 at 7 a.m. at 967 Waterbury Falls Dr, O Fallon.
  • What? Get all of your garage sale shopping done in one spot with this large church sale.

  • When/Where? Saturday, Sept. 15 at 11 a.m. at , 217 S Main St, O Fallon.
  • What? Meet local author, Bryce Meyer, and have him sign a book for the child in your life. All proceeds benefit the Crisis Nursery.

  • When/Where? Saturday, Sept. 15 at 9 a.m. at ,427 Spencer Rd., St. Peters.
  • What? People will have a chance to explore different ways of contributing to the community at a volunteer fair scheduled for Sept. 15. The event features around 40 different organizations that are in need of volunteers.

  • When/Where? Saturday, Sept. 15 at 7 p.m. at Kathryn Linnemann Library,2323 Elm St, St. Charles.
  • What? The St. Charles City-County Library Foundation hosts this event tto benefit the Foundation's Imagine Campaign for early literacy. Cost is $10. Guests can enjoy wine tastings from Missouri vineyards with appetizers from local restaurants, while browsing the work of local artists and participating in raffles. 

  • When/Where? Saturday, Sept. 15 at 8 p.m. at , 2300 W Clay St., St. Charles.
  • What? Neil Sedaka wrote songs for Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Tom Jones, Captain and Tennille as well as his own songs including "Breaking up is hard to do." Tickets start at $38.50 and go to $58.50.

  • When/Where? Sunday, Sept. 16 at 8 a.m. at , 5100 Mexico Rd, St. Peters.
  • What? Runners 4 Luke is sponsoring this run in remembrance of Luke Maue’s on his 19th birthday. Luke was killed by a drunk driver on May 18, 2001, at the age of seven in front of the St. Louis Zoo. Cost is $25. All proceeds are donated to the Gateway Affiliate MADD to help fund programs for the prevention of underage drinking and drunk driving.

Coffee Talk with Mayor Guccione

  • When/Where? Sunday, Sept. 16 from 12:30-2 p.m. at Wentzville City Hall, Address2:310 W Pearce Blvd.
  • What? All residents are welcome to an open discussion of important city issues with Mayor Nick Guccione. 

  • When/Where? Sunday, Sept. 16 at , 200 S Main St,, St. Charles.
  • What? Enjoy a free concert by Lewis & Clark Fife and Drum Corps followed by Colonial Dance with The Buckhannon Brothers.
