U.S. Cellular will host a Spooktacular event featuring kid-friendly Halloween activities and information for parents to help them keep their kids safe this Halloween and all year round on Saturday, Oct. 15 from 12 - 4 p.m.
The event is held at the U.S. Cellular retail store located at 6091 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in Cottleville.
Area residents and their families are invited to dress up in their Halloween costumes. Kids can participate activities including pumpkin painting, a bounce house and criding farm animals from Cindy's Zoo. Dressed up in his favorite costume, a Cardinals player, Fredbird will also be present.
Parents will be able to pick up a free child identification kit, courtesy of U.S. Cellular, to help ensure their child is safe this Halloween and all year round. The kit includes personal and medical record cards, a fingerprint card and ink strip, a clean nap and a DNA kit.

The Cottleville Police and Fire Departments will also be onsite to provide parents with helpful Halloween safety tips.
