The St. Louis Business Journal reported this week that Citigroup is planning layoffs at its O'Fallon headquarters.
About 20 of the 4,000 O'Fallon employees will lose their jobs as Citigroup cuts about 1,000 jobs across the nation.
The Journal quoted a company official as saying, “Citi will help impacted employees identify opportunities both inside and outside of the company. Impacted employees will be eligible for Citi severance benefits and transition support.”
