Firehouse Subs favorites include the Hook & Ladder piled high with Smoked Turkey and Virginia Honey Ham smothered with Monterey Jack cheese and the New York Steamer, inspired by New York delicatessens, combining corned beef brisket and pastrami topped with Provolone.  All large Specialty Subs boast a half-pound of meat.

The Chief’s Salad and hearty, award-winning Firehouse Chili provide additional flavorful options, as does the top selling non-carbonated fountain drink, Cherry Lime-Aid, an exclusive original recipe served with fresh squeezed lime. Families are welcome at Firehouse Subs and children enjoy kid-sized hot subs and a complimentary fire hat.

Every Firehouse Subs restaurant boasts a custom, hand-painted mural and this location features the newest fire engine from the O’Fallon Fire Protection District parked outside of T.R. Hughes Ballpark, home of the River City Rascals.

Firehouse Subs O’Fallon is located at 104 Laura K Drive and is open Sunday-Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday-Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

This is the first Firehouse Subs restaurant for franchisee Brian Collins.  Firehouse Subs, founded in Jacksonville, Fla., by former firefighting brothers Chris Sorensen and Robin Sorensen, is a 557-unit fast casual restaurant chain.

Firehouse Subs offers oversized portions of premium hand-sliced meats and cheeses, steamed to make the flavors burst, then piled high with fresh produce atop a toasted sub roll.

The restaurants reflect the authentic firefighter heritage of the founding family’s 200 years of firefighting service.  In 2005, Firehouse Subs created the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation with the mission of providing funding, life-saving equipment, and educational opportunities to first responders and public safety organizations. Through the non-profit 501(c)(3), Firehouse Subs has given $5.2 million to hometown heroes in 33 states and Puerto Rico.
