Jonathan Marks is a partner with the Marks Law Firm in Creve Coeur. His practice focuses on all aspects of family law related issues including divorce, child custody, child support modification/enforcement, name changes, mother’s/father’s/children’s/grandparent rights, paternity, family planning, restraining orders, and abuse and neglect.

Marks received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri in Columbia. He is currently authoring Family Law and Criminal Law: A Practitioner’s Handbook for the American Bar Association.

In 2013, Marks was designated as a Super Lawyer by Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers magazine and from 2008-2011 as a Super Lawyer Rising Star by the magazine. Missouri Lawyers Weekly Newspaper also recognized him as one of Missouri’s Up & Coming Lawyers in 2008. Marks is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell (the international listing of attorneys). The rating indicates that he “has reached the height of professional excellence” and is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity.
