It's always sad to see a family owned restaurant close!! I always try and remind people to remember the mom and pop places, most the time we have every dollar invested in our dreams. Christy Hall

It is a tragedy when a family owned business closes...I believe that one of the problems they faced was they only offered bottled beer...a few of my friends left when they found out there was no draft beer.

I agree with Christy and Jim,..now more than ever we need to support our small buisness owners. Im sad to see this happen, but you do need to have what the people like on hand,my husband and I both like draft beer and when its not available we will have a couple bottles and a bite to eat and leave.but atleast we potronize the buisness.Best wishes to them in the future endevors.

Though I never made it in there when they were actually open (I was at their door once when first open and they were closed or hadn't actually opened yet?), I knew they would have a rough go. No parking, bad signage / store frontage (view of bar from HWY K at intersection was mostly blocked) , MALE bartender? and no cheap beer? - if that's true, that is all a recipe for disaster !! However, If at first you don't succeed, try and try again (hopefully in a much better location!)
