New Cooking School in Winghaven Focuses on Kids

Kids Time 2 Cook, a new kid-friendly cooking school, plans a June 15 grand opening in Winghaven.

The school, at 7332 Village Center Drive, is a culinary school for kids that offers camps, workshops, birthday parties and cooking classes and also a small store area with gifts.

Even though the school focuses on kids, they will also host fun adult events such as corporate team building and adult cooking classes.

The grand opening on June 15 will feature a cakepop event.

Kids Time 2 Cook was founded in 2010. Owner Faronda Davis worked with school-aged children for more than ten years. The school offers cooking classes to children in a safe yet fun and creative environment to give them a sense of independence and accomplishment.
