O'Fallon Holiday Gift Guide 2012: Play N Trade Features Gifts for Gamers

Welcome to O'Fallon Patch's "12 Days of Christmas," where each weekday from Dec. 4-21, we'll feature gift ideas and deals from local stores to help you complete your holiday shopping.
Today's gift ideas come from Play N Trade, located at 367 Winding Woods Center, O'Fallon. Play N Trade is a video game store that's been in business in O'Fallon since October 2011. They feature new and used games and systems dating back to Atari to today's newest.
1. Wii u

The newest Nintendo system is fully HD functional, complete with a wireless, touchscreen controller. Store Manager Steve Finoch said the Wii u is compatible with most major games and is one of the most powerful systems on the market.
2. PS3 Super Slim

Finoch said this system is the most compatible PS3 system with the largest hard drive. The system also comes with game bundles, including Assassin's Creed and Black Ops 2.
3. Games
According to Finoch, Play N Trade has the latest games on the market that were released between September and December. Some gift ideas he suggested included, Assassin's Creed 3, Black Ops 2, Hitman, Halo 4 and Borderlands 2.
4. 3 DS XL
This new handheld game system has all the functionality of the 3DS, but is much larger. It is compatible with all DS games and has wifi.
5. Headsets
Play N Trade features a new line of headsets by Turtle Beach that allow gamers to chat with other players and hear the game sounds.
They also cary Skullcandy Slyr headsets that work for Xbox, PS3 and more.
Play N Trade is offering a deal now called "Silly Santa Savings." Shoppers are given a stamp card offering free disc cleanings, 10 percent off of any accessory with a Facebook like, buy two games and get one used for free and more. The offer lasts until the end of December.
