From O'Fallon Patch:

Jim Frain: "It's always a tragedy when a business closes and even more difficult when it is a family business....We are sorry to lose Ozella's Pizzeria. I often wonder what our city could do and should di to help a business that is struggling and getting ready to go under. Hopefully our Economic Development Department will continue to work even harder with businesses and support their efforts to stay in business and to grow in success."
