O'Fallon Wine Shop to Close in June

The owner of Missouri Wine and Gift is hoping to sell the shop before he is forced to close its doors.

If you find yourself raising a glass to Missouri Wine and Gift in early June, hopefully it will be to celebrate a new owner and new beginnings, and not to say a farewell.

The store at 2167 West Terra Lane in O'Fallon (just east of the Lake Saint Louis exit off Interstate 70), called itself "the complete wine experience in one location."

Owner/manager James Watkins and manager Lori Pearia told Patch they will be forced to close the doors of the shop on June 1 if they are unable to find a buyer for the business.
