Update: O'Fallon Pickleman's to Open This Weekend
The shop is located at 3023 Highway K.
Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe is set to open this weekend, according to owner Kevin Moss. The shop is located at 3023 Highway K, near Highway N in the strip mall next to Schnucks and Papa Murphy's.
Construction began Feb. 23 and Moss said he expects the store to open on Saturday or Sunday.
Pickleman's offers a variety of toasted sandwiches, pizza, soups, salads and cookies. Click here to see a menu.
