A little over a year ago, we all remember that an EF-5 Tornado nearly destroyed the City of Joplin and shortly after that the youth of SunRise expressed an interest in doing a mission trip to help rebuild the hope and spirit of Joplin.The youth are leaving this Saturday to go on this trip. They will be serving at three area organizations: The Boys and Girls Club, a men's homeless shelter and Rebuild Joplin. The youth will be serving as the hands and feet of Jesus by attending and performing a series of concerts and events.
