Weather

• According to the National Weather Service, Monday is expected to be sunny, with a high near 54.

Today in O'Fallon

• O'Fallon City Hall, and the Parks and Recreation offices are closed on Monday, Feb. 20 in observance of Presidents’ Day, but the Renaud Spirit Center (RSC) is open with regular business hours of 5:15 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• O’Fallon’s trash and recycling collection schedule will not change due to the holiday.
• The City of O'Fallon's phone system was shut down this weekend during the installation of a new system. The phone lines should be back up and running by 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21. During the shutdown, 911, O'Fallon Police Dispatch and the RSC front desk lines will be in use.
• O'Fallon's Great Backyard Bird Count events end today. Serious birders are invited out to Fort Zumwalt Park for a final count at 9 a.m.

• Residents interested in a course in police operations are invited to enroll in the O’Fallon Police Department’s Citizens Police Academy. Deadline to sign up is March 9.
