Welcome to the O'Fallon Daily Dose, where each morning we'll keep you updated on what's going on around town and what's coming up on Patch. 

Weather 

• According to the National Weather Service, Friday is expected to be sunny, with a high near 86.

Traffic 

•  The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will close one eastbound lane of I-70 from Route 94 to Mid Rivers Mall Drive from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. From 11:59 p.m. until 7 a.m., one westbound lane of I-70 will close from Route 94 to Mid Rivers Mall Drive.
• Route D from the Busch Wildlife main entrance to Wildlife Lane is closed until 2 p.m. Friday.
