• A new Mexican restaurant opens in O'Fallon today. Sombrero is located at 1491 Mexico Loop Road East in O'Fallon, where Del Taco used to be. If you head there today to try it out, drop us a line in the comments section and let your neighbors know what you thought!  

News to Use

Fort Zumwalt South Middle School is finishing up a gift card collection this week for an O'Fallon family that lost their home in a fire at the end of January. The collection started at the beginning of the month and ends this Friday, Feb. 24. Dr. Monte Massey, principal at South Middle, said the community donated nearly $1,500 in gift cards to help the family. Massey said anyone who wants to help can bring their gift card donation up to the main office at Fort Zumwalt South Middle School until the end of the day Friday.
