Description: Assists in creating an environment in which individuals diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness and/or a developmental disability will have the opportunity to grow and make the transition to community living. This will be done not only in the areas of supporting, encouraging and instructing, but also by modeling for them the desired behaviors. 

Requirements: High School diploma; at least two years experience.

Job: Utility Locate Technician 
Description:
Responsible for the correct, safe and efficient locating of underground utilities including telecommunications, electric, power, cable TV, gas, water and sewer systems. This includes taking time to thoroughly search for underground utilities in an area, properly marking the location, completing the necessary paperwork, and photographing each locate.
Requirements: Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions; outdoor experience preferred; must be able to work in a confined space; walk, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds; must be computer proficient; must be available to work overtime and some weekends (as needed); HS Diploma or GED required; clean driving record and background check required

Job: Code Enforcement Officer
Pay: $39,145.60
Description: Responsible for enforcing the Lake Saint Louis Code of Ordinances as it pertains to zoning, nuisance and health and safety requirements, under the supervision of the Chief Building Official.
Requirements: Knowledge of applicable property maintenance and zoning codes, municipal ordinances and state laws; ability to learn and use the city's violation/inspection tracking software; job testig as required; ICC certifications are a plus.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Social Work or a related field from an accredited university or college; one or more years working with MR/DD population; program development experience desired. CPR and First Aid certifications are kept up to date.
