O'Fallon Woman Injured in Two-Car Crash on Highway K Monday
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred near Highway 40.
An O'Fallon woman was injured in a two-car crash on Highway K at Highway 40 on Monday, Oct. 22.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Amy Caldwell, 21, O'Fallon, was driving northbound on Highway K at 2:53 p.m. When Caldwell stopped her 2008 Toyota Yaris for traffic, she was rear-ended by a 1999 Lexus Es 300 driven by Michael Friedman, 44, Fenton.
The report states both drivers were wearing seatbelts. Caldwell suffered minor injuries and was transported to St. Joseph Hospital West by St. Charles County Ambulance.
