O'Fallon Daily Dose: Aug. 16 Edition

Weather 

  • Tuesday should be mostly sunny, with a high near 85, according to the National Weather Service. There's a 30 percent chance of thunderstorms on Tuesday night. 

Traffic

  • According to the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), various lanes of westbound I-70, between Route Z and Lake St. Louis Boulevard will close between 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • Various lanes of westbound and eastbound I-70 will close between Mid Rivers Mall Drive and Route 94 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
  •  Various westbound lanes of I-70 at the Blanchette Bridge will close from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for bridge inspection.
  • One lane of I-70 will close in each direction at Route Z from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • One to two lanes of I-70 will close in each direction from Route 94 to Mid Rivers Mall Drive from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • Route B bridge over Dardenne Creek is closed for 50 days of bridge repair work that began Monday, Aug. 15.
