Check out which restaurants, grocery stores and shops are open Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in and near O'Fallon.

The following businesses and restaurants are open at some point on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24 or Dec. 25. 

Things to do: 

  • Great Escape Theater: Open on Christmas Eve, open at 12 p.m. Christmas Day. 
  • Wehrenberg Town Square 12 Cine: Open Christmas Eve, open at 1 p.m. on Christmas Day. 
  • Visit the Renaud Spirit Center in O'Fallon on Christmas Eve from Monday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. There is open swim from 12-3:30 p.m. The RSC is closed on Christmas Day. 
  • Visit the St. Peters Rec Plex: Rec Plex closes at 4 p.m. Christmas Eve and is closed on Christmas Day.  
  • Go ice skating at Steinberg Rink in Forest Park: Open from 10 a.m to midnight Christmas Day and Christmas Eve. 

Restaurants:

  • St. Louis Bread Company is open until 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve and is closed on Christmas Day. 
  • IHOP is open 24 hours on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. 
  • McDonalds is open on Christmas Eve from 12 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Christmas Day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. 
  • HotShots Sports Bar & Grill closes at 5 p.m. Christmas Eve, opens at 5 p.m. Christmas Day. 
  • Cracker Barrel closes at 2 p.m. Christmas Eve, closed Christmas Day.

Grocery stores:

  • Dierbergs: Open 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Christmas Eve, closed Christmas Day. 
  • Shop N' Save: Open Christmas Eve until 5:30 p.m., closed on Christmas Day. 
  • Schnucks: Open until 5:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve, closed Christmas Day. 

Pharmacies:

  • Walgreens: Open 24 hours Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Pharmacy closes at 10 p.m. Christmas Eve and is closed Christmas Day. 
  • CVS Pharmacy: Open 24 hours on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. 

Other:

  • Friar Tuck Wine, Spirts and Beverages, located at 4635 Highway K, O'Fallon is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Christmas Eve, closed on Christmas Day.

Thanks for the list. Any business open on Christmas I will not shop 2 additional times in 2013. Close down one day a year...

I appreciate those that stay open as long as their workers dont mind being there that day..... not everyone celebrates the same holidays.

Authors: I appreciate this list and would also appreciate if one were done for the St. Louis City/County area, where I live. Note for all: Dave & Busters in Maryland Heights is open Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, NY Eve+Day. AMC & Wehrenberg movie theatres are open Christmas Day, too.
