Families Run for Ovarian Cancer Annual ROC STAR 5K - with St. Louis Ovarian Cancer Awareness
The 2013 Families Run for
Ovarian Cancer annual ROC STAR 5K and 1 mile run/walk will take place in downtown St. Louis on Sunday, September 22.
The race starts at 9:00 am at Soldiers Memorial, 1315 Chestnut Street. SLOCA supports
FamiliesROC, and will have a booth at the event.
The FamiliesROC 5K was
conceived by the family of the late Brenda Jorgensen as she fought her own battle with ovarian cancer. The money raised is given to the Siteman Cancer Center to fund ovarian cancer research.
