Adopt a Pet: Meet Charlie the Cat
All Paws Rescue volunteers need help finding dogs and cats permanent homes.
Pets are available for adoption through , an O'Fallon based volunteer group working to save homeless dogs and cats. All pets are kept in foster homes, where they receive the care they need to help prepare them for a permanent home.
All Paws is supported solely by private donations and fundraisers. If you're interested in adopting an animal, you can browse their website or attend one of their weekend adoption events at area stores. Last year they adopted out close to 300 pets.

Charlie is a male domestic medium hair cat, born in May 2011. All Paws volunteers say he is possibly mixed with Maine Coon.
He is extremely friendly and outgoing. Charlie is good with children, and he loves the dogs in his foster home. Volunteers say he purrs constantly and is very affectionate. Charlie does like to sneak out the door when he can, so he needs to be closely watched around doors.

Charlie tested postive for Feline Leukemia virus, so he will require a very special home with no other cats or only FeLV positive cats.
You can find out more about Feline Leukemia here.
