I will never ever give my business or suggest that anyone go to Jim Trenary car dealership in O'fallon, MO on Hwy K north of Hwy 40. Our grandma went there by herself to look at new cars and maybe trade hers in and completely got taken advantage of. They saw her as prey and pounced. Three of them pressured and ganged up on her. She told them what she could afford, they agreed to get her that figure with a 2% interest rate all while treating her like their own sweet grandma. Not only did they butter up a deal on a used Chrysler, but then they talked her into trading in her car and sold her car THAT NIGHT! When she got home that night she saw her payment was $150 ABOVE the agreed figure! She went back the next morning to return the car because it was not what they told her. They told her sorry, it's her own fault and they already sold her car. She was stuck with it. My brother-in-law went to the office with her and they would not give her any of the paperwork or speak to them. Finally she told them to give her grandson the paperwork and they did. Not only did they not give her the payments they agreed to, they sold her every warranty/extra coverage and gave her an 8% interest rate, not 2%. Then my bro-in-law told them they are not taking the Chrysler, they are within 3day grace period of a new contract and that they wanted the Focus that was outside in their price range. The finance guy told them, sorry she is already upside down the car they sold her 3 days ago. It's her fault. AND my bro-in-law found out it was a car from a rental place and wasn't worth near what they sold it to her for.

What kind of people take advantage of an elderly woman like that!!?? I hope the disgusting sales man who did this is enjoying the commission he got off of our grandma who is now without a car! I'd like to know what he would do if someone did this to his grandma. All the people there. They all supported this transaction and gladly showed her the door. Unbelievable.

Hey, Jim Trenary, this is the image your fine employees are giving your brand and name. Maybe you should look up what ethics means and give a lesson to your staff.
