Feast in the Park @ Laumeier Sculpture Park Leave the picnic basket at home and enjoy great food along with some great music! Food available from 5-8pm; bands play from 5:30-7:30pm. Featuring the music of Letter to Memphis

Jungle Boogie Friday Night Concert Series at the Saint Louis Zoo at Saint Louis Zoo. Bring the whole family for a free concert in the center of the Zoo! Fridays from 5 to 8pm; This week features the music of Miss Jubileeand the Humdingers (Swing)

Friday-Saturday:

 Summer Concert Festival at Eckert's Country Store and Farms. We are excited to host our 3rd Annual Summer Concert Fest, featuring fifteen weekends of live music on Friday and Saturday nights! This free event is perfect for all ages. Friday- Leland's Road (Progressive Country); Saturday- Matt Stell(Americana/Blues)

City Concert Series at Chesterfield Amphitheatre at City of Chesterfield. Join us at our new City Park Amphitheater for our first year of free concerts. If you love music, then bring your family and friends to enjoy a summer evening while listening to a variety of bands.This week: Wayman's Revelation - A Premiere Tribute to Steve Perry's Journey


Tuesday

2014 Summer Concerts in Faust Park  Every Tuesday, thousands of spectators enjoy live music and entertainment under the stars. Park opens at 5:15; concert 7-9. Food trucks avail at all concerts. This week: The Scott Laytham and Karl Holmes Duo

O'Fallon Jammin Outdoor Concert Series every Tuesday at the Civic Park Bandstand, 6:30 - 9pm. Admission and parking are free. Concessions will be available at nominal prices. Bring chairs or blankets for lawn seating, and enjoy the evening! This week: NashVegas

Wednesday

Citygarden Summer Concert Series  Join us for our lunch in downtown St. Louis! All Shows 11:45am - 12:45pm. Free and open to all! This week: Jesse Gannon  

Whitaker Music Festival  at Missouri Botanical Garden. The open-air festival presents free Wednesday evening concerts under the stars every June-August. This week: Al Holliday & 
the East Side Rhythm Band

Ballwin's Sunset Concert Series  The City of Ballwin host annually a concert series throughout the summer that is free for everyone to join. Bring chairs, blankets, and snacks and meet us at New Ballwin Park. This week: Miss Jubilee

Festvals this Weekend!

Friday, June 6: Ballwin Days at City of Ballwin - Parks & Recreation. Come out to Vlasis Park for the the 37th annual Ballwin Days Festival, June 6-8th! The theme for 2014 is HAPPY 250th BIRTHDAY STL!

Saturday, June 7: Kimmswick Strawberry Festival  at Kimmswick, MO. The Strawberry Festival in Kimmswick is held on the first full weekend in the month of June. The 2014 Festival will be on June 7th and 8th from 10am to 5pm.
 

On the Stage...

Thursday, June 5: Shakespeare in the Park - Henry IV & Henry V at Shakespeare Festival St. Louis. Shakespeare Festival St. Louis presents our first two-production season featuring an adapted version of Henry IV, Parts 1 & 2 and Henry V, May 17-June 15, except Tuesdays. Green Show starts at 6:30pm, Main Show starts at 8pm.

Thursday, June 5: Circus Flora: The Pawn at Circus Flora. Circus Flora brings the game of chess to life in its 28th season production, "The Pawn." St. Louis' one-ring circus brings an all-new show under the big top next to Powell Hall May 29-June 22.

Friday 

Fitness Fun Fridays at the Magic House Get Ready. Set. Kick it! This month children learn soccer skills with the help of Vetta Sports!  Children can earn FREE admission by taking fitness challenges, available online.

Suson Farm Fridays at St. Louis County Parks and Recreation. Looking for a fun morning for kids 12 and under? Join St. Louis County Parks down on the farm for Suson Farm Fridays!

All-Ages Happy Hour Show at Lunar Levitation. Come enjoy an ALL-AGES Happy Hour at Syberg’s on Friday, June 6 from 5:00-7:00PM featuring local rock, pop and blues band, Lunar Levitation. No matter what kind of day you've had, happy hour is the time to have fun.

Fun for middle schoolers: The City of Crestwood Parks Department presents Alternative Dance Mixer!  Anyone between the ages of 12-15 can join us from 6:30-10pm for a night of food, dancing and socializing. Admission is $8 and can be purchased at the door by cash. Your admission includes Pizza, a beverage and a DJ.

Saturday

Father's Day Gift making Art Class! by Art & Up. Join us to make 3 gifts for Dad for Father's Day! Decorate a plate or a mug, paint a handprint with a thank you, make a We Love Dad print or a book about Dad! For infants through 12 years old.

Dino Dinners an exciting new program at the Saint Louis Science Center, offers visitors a chance to dive deeper into dinosaur diets and make a cast of a real dinosaur tooth on the 1st Saturday of every month! The program is fun for kids, families and adults.

Wolf Mini Camp at Endangered Wolf Center. For the first time, Endangered Wolf Center is offering themed, 1-day Mini Camps! Mini-camps are for kids ages 6 to 15 and will last from 9 a.m. to noon. Each mini-camp costs $25.

Summer Reading Club Kickoff Party at St. Louis Public Library - Schlafly . Make one or all of the variety of crafts available. Families. Groups of 5 or more register in advance.

Sunday

Join us June 8th for our annual Big Truck Day at Kemp Auto Museum! to benefit Operation Food Search! This is a FREE, family-friendly event for kids and truck lovers of all ages!

Family Sundays at the Art Musuem!  You’re invited to the Museum every Sunday afternoon for hands-on art activities and a lively 30min family tour through the galleries. June's family-friendly activities will focus on the theme, "Best Impressions."

The Wabash Frisco and Pacific Railroad  Association invites you to come aboard our 12 inch gauge live Steam Railroad. The Railroad is open every Sunday, May through October rain or shine.

Story Hour – Father’s Day Craft  at Whole Foods Market - Town & Country. Father’s Day is coming, and during this story hour all of the kids will do something special for their wonderful dads! We'll read stories and make a fun snack Dad is sure to love!

River City Rascals Baseball Game at River City Rascals. Great baseball action, great food, great atmosphere!

Fizz, Boom, Read! at St. Louis County Library - Cliff Cave Branch. Leonardo's reading and rockin' music show explodes with energy, movement and interaction. Registration required. Groups, please contact to inquire about space availability. Free!

Family Junior Ranger Program: Games of Long Ago The National Park Service hosts Family Junior Ranger: Games of Long Ago at the Gateway Arch Grounds, inviting children and their families to rediscover history with a uniquely interactive Junior Ranger experience.

Wednesday

The Magic House Presents Show Me! Science at St. Louis Public Library - Schlafly . See the amazing power of air, celebrate your center of gravity, and witness the shocking effects of electricity. Common objects illustrate everyday physics. Grades K-5. Seating is limited, please call to register.

Firefly Festival at The Butterfly House. Our popular celebration of Earth's living lanterns returns! Join us for firefly crafts, a firefly-themed snack, and firefly games followed by the Conservatory Glow Walk!
