Gramma Seeks justice

If you were accused of child abduction by the judicial system and found it to be corrupt.  How would you reverse the damage that has been done?  The O'fallon Police issued a public notice that a child had been abducted by his grandmother?  I am his grandmother.  What they failed to report was he was in my legal care and custody.  They failed to report that he lived in my home for 8 years.  His entire life.  What they failed to report was the child was in my legal custodial care.  They used the corruption of law enforcement to obtain physical custody of this little boy by forcing entry into a home without a warrant, without due process and never having read Miranda rights.  A warrant was issued 3 days after the boy was taken out of state.  Where is the father?  He is broke.  Who could fight a corrupt system.  Of course, they fail to report that the child abduction charges were dismissed and expunged.  BUT,  NO ONE HAS SEEN THIS CHILD OR SPOKE TO HIM IN A YEAR AND THE COURTS rush to accuse but don't rush to correct the adversity surrounding this case.  They have admitted their errors in involving the FBI, DFS, other surrounding police officers but who gets to fix it?  What is the price you would pay to protect your child?  How far would you go in the corrupt system to get a fair trial?
